Organizational Assessment
Our proven methodology for assessing the current condition of organizations is valuable to businesses and non-profits that may have organizational issues but lack the time and resources to identify and address them. We provide an unbiased, solution-focused perspective for both management and constituents. Action steps in the assessment process include:
- Develop a survey instrument and interview key leadersóstaff and board, where applicableóregarding their sense of the organizationís vision, mission, strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement, future priorities, etc.
- Summarize findings and present to CEO (and board, if desired)
- Assemble management team to review findings and set action plans
- Assist in determining appropriate next steps to improve areas of opportunity, concerns or weaknesses uncovered>
